Carl Raymond Stone Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Carl Raymond Stone, a beloved husband, father, grandpa, and coach, sadly passed away Thursday, May 5th, 2022 at West Jefferson Medical Center. He was 67 years old at the time of his death. Mr.Stone was a fan of sports, as his favorite sports teams were the New Orleans Saints, The New York Yankees, and the LSU Tigers. Mr. Stone was born in Jena, LA but was a lifelong resident of Marrero,LA. Mr. Stone is survived by his wife of 35 years Laura Brunet Stone, His Children Daniell Stone-Billiot, Carl Raymond Stone Jr (Kristy Stone), Melissa Lynn Martin, and Randy Paul Martin Jr. (Nicole Zurigo- Martin).His Grandchildren Carly and Chrissy Billiot, Lori, Brayden,and Reagan Stone, Haley and Tyler Martin and Madison LeBlanc. His Siblings Tammy Badeaux, Loney Badeaux(Teresa),Lawence Velvin Stone (Brenda),Belinda Fay Stone-Crowe (Kenneth), William David Stone(Cookie), Sarah Lee Stone Cooley, Wanda Beth Stone-Hall (Willie), Penny Barousse and Kim Arabie. His Sister-in law Ada Brunet- Vincent and his Brother-in law Thomas Brunet. As well as his Step Mother Janette Badeaux and his Daughter-in law Melissa Doss, and also survived by many cousins, nieces,nephews and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Edna Louisa Jager Meyers and WJ Stone, his Daddy Irvin (Red) Badeaux, his sister Paula Badeaux-Ridgeway. As well as his mother-in law Frances Mandina-Brunet and father in law Houston (Pip) Brunet, his sister-in law Karen Brunet Rojas and brother-in-law John Brunet. Family and Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on June 12, 2022 from 2PM to 5PM at New Orleans Ladies Ballroom located at 1771 Stumpf Blvd, Terrytown, LA 70056.
