Brenda Picone Wilson

Brenda Picone Wilson passed away peacefully on May 22, 2021 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late William J. Wilson. Mother of Bryan Wilson (Amanda), Craig Wilson (Katie), Todd Wilson (Shantel) and the late Kevin Wilson (Jenae). Grandmother of Skylar, Savannah, Sheldon, Austin and the late Elizabeth Marie; Victoria and Victor; Michael and Christopher; Brittney and the late Bryant. Great-grandmother of Claire, Rylie and Barrette. Sister of Bernard Picone Jr. and aunt of Bernie, Hope and Lavinia. Sister-in-law of Lois Wilson Warner. Daughter of the late Dora Somme Picone and Bernard Picone.

Brenda spent much of her life in banking, starting out at 1st National Bank, moving to Belle Chasse Navy Exchange Bank and later, retired from Algiers Navy Exchange Bank. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at Westlawn Memorial Park, 1225 Whitney Avenue, Gretna, LA on Thursday, May 27, 2021 for 1:30pm.
