Blaine "Frenchie" Joseph Breaux, Sr.

Blaine “Frenchie” Joseph Breaux, Sr. entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at the age of 71. Beloved and loving husband of Cynthia Griffin Breaux for 46 years. Loving father of Blaine J. Breaux, Jr. (Shelly), Natasha B. Cross (Cory) and Blake J. Breaux (Shannon). Beloved grandfather of Kolby, Kaitlyn, Kameron, Aryn and Lany. Brother of Wade Breaux (Vickie), Sonia B. Gaspard (Richard) and Carla B. Foret (Anthony). Godfather of Bobby Bourgeois, Jr., Vickielynn Bourgeois, Ginny Hargis, Brandon Foret, Jessica Gardner, Jamie Gardner and Rudy Friloux. Beloved Canine Companion of Fefe. Blaine is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Blaine is the son of the late Herbert Breaux, Jr. and Ameline Landry Breaux. He is a native of Pierre Part, Louisiana and a resident of Marrero. He served his country while serving in the United States Army where he was rewarded the Bronze Star and he also served in the Vietnam War. He was a graduate of West Jefferson High School and he received his Associates Degree at Delgado Community College. The family would like extend a sincere appreciation to Linda Schouest, Carla Foret, Natasha B. Cross as well as the Nurses and Doctors at University Hospital, VA Hospital and Touro Infirmary Hospital for the love and care given to Blaine. Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, Louisiana on Thursday, June 30, 2022 from 9AM until 1:30PM.
