Betty Taullie Orgeron

Betty Taullie Orgeron passed away on January 31, 2022 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of 58 years to Nolty Orgeron Sr. Mother of Jude Orgeron (Bobbi) and Nolty Orgeron Jr. (Sandy). Grandmother of Connor Orgeron, Gage Orgeron, Colby Orgeron, and Ryan Orgeron Rossi. Sister of Marcia T. Witter, Saverio S. Taullie Jr., the late Frank Taullie, Brenda Taullie, and Veronica Chatelain. Daughter of the late Saverio S. Taullie and Virginia Chatelain Taullie. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Betty was a lifelong resident of the Westbank. She retired from the Archdiocese of New Orleans School Food as a baker at St. Rosalie School.
Visitation will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA on Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 9am to 11am. A Funeral Mass will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park, Gretna, LA
