Angelina "Angie" Phillip Lucito

Angelina “Angie” Phillip Lucito departed this life on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at the age of 75. She was a native of Waggaman, LA and a resident of Westwego, La since 1984 and a graduate of West Jefferson High School in 1964. Angie is survived by her loving husband, Frank Lucito of 51 years, her children, Joe Lucito (Amy) and Angela Lucito, her grandchildren, Joey and Nicholas (Shannon), Great grandchildren, Anna and Lucy, her sister Deely Prados (Peter) and Dottie Butcher (Mike). She is preceded in death by her parents, Vincent and Effie Phillip, her sister, Rosemary Kapesis, brothers, Marion, Peter, Vincent, Jr., and Victor Phillip. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Westwego, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, Westwego, LA on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 11am. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30am until 11am. Interment, Holy Angels Cemetery, Waggaman, LA. Angie’s family extends their sincere gratitude to the Carpenter Health Network, especially the staff at Center Point Healthcare and Rehabilitation, Sage Specialty Hospital, Stat Home Health and St. Joseph Hospice.
