Anamanda Manzanares

Anamanda Manzanares passed away on Monday September 20, 2021. She was born in Nicaragua on April 26, 1964 to Gustavo Manzanares and Ofeliamanda R. Skoufalos.
Anamanda is preceded in death by her stepfather, Dimos Skoufalos; her father, Gustavo Manzanares; and her uncles, Humberto Ramirez, Mario Ramirez, and Emiliano Manzanares.
Anamanda Manzanares is survived by her partner of 35 years, Lance St. Pe; her son, Lance Anthony St. Pe; her stepdaughter, Marissa Lynn Ren; her mother, Ofeliamanda R. Skoufalos; her siblings, Gustavo "Gus" M. Manzanares, Maria Jose Manzanares; her sister-in-law, Frances Reyes Manzanares; her Uncles, Alvaro Ramirez, Danilo Manzanares and her grandchild, Parker Ren. She is also survived by her nephew, Dane St. Pe.
Anamanda had one of the biggest hearts you could find anywhere. No matter if family or friend, she would go out of her way to help any soul who was in need. With a purse full of anything you could possibly ask for, she would go above and beyond to help her loved ones. She was the cement that held everyone around her together and never asked for a single thing in return. No matter if life gave her rocks, she would still find a way to make lemonade out of it.
Anamanda loved being near the beach and listening to live music. She took a two mile walk along the beach every day. Anamanda will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation beginning at 2:30pm at Mothe Funeral Home, located at 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, La on Saturday October 2, 2021. A Catholic Memorial Service will immediately follow at 3:30pm.
