Amos E. Frazier

June 28, 1938 — January 6, 2019

Amos E. Frazier passed away peacefully on January 6, 2019 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of 61 years to Barbara Graham Frazier. Loving father of Lonnie Frazier (Kim) and Chris Frazier (Tracey). Devoted grandfather of Cullen, Brad, Chloe and Jolie. Brother of Alma McKinnon. Preceded in death by his mother, Marcella Flowers along with four sisters. Special thanks to our good friends, Jane and Mike Rimmer for all of their help, caring, concern and prayers.

Amos was born and raised in E. Liverpool, Ohio and resided in Marrero, LA. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force, retiring after 34 years of service. He worked at Avondale Shipyards and later returned to the Air Force as Civil Service attached to the 926th Squadron at NAS JRB in Belle Chasse. Amos was a member and PWM of Indivisible Friends Lodge No. 404 F & AM for almost 50 years. He loved his grandchildren very much and was active in many of their activities, AKA: “Coach Paw Paw”.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 9am to 10:45am followed by Masonic Services and religious services. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.
