Albert E. "Al" Broas

Albert E. “Al” Broas passed away peacefully on December 12, 2018 at the age of 98. Beloved husband of Marguerite Ehret Broas. Loving father of Carole Broas Adams (husband, Charles). Grandfather of Jodie Adams Bourgeois (husband, Michael) and Ginger Adams LeBlanc (husband Gary). Great-grandfather of Aimee Bourgeois, Kameron LeBlanc and Kacie LeBlanc. Brother of the late Carrie Hellmers, Eva, George and Edwin Broas. Son of the late Gertrude Boos Broas and Albert E. Broas. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Al worked for Continental Can Co. and Smitty’s Crane Service before retiring from the Jefferson Parish School Board.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, December 21, 2018 from 9am to 11am. A Funeral Mass will follow in the funeral home chapel.
