Agnes Silver Boudreaux entered into eternal rest on March 23, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Eugene Paul Boudreaux. Mother of Deanna B. Robichaux (late Lloyd) and Saundra Boudreaux (Sandy Puzzio). Grandmother of Tanya R. Bruce (Chippy), Tina R. Swanner (Doug), and Tara R. Crawford (Ricky). Great-grandmother of Cierra, Gage, Caden, Koby, Katelyn, and Jacob. Great-great-grandmother of Ava. Daughter of the late Andrew Silver and Adele Alombro Silver. Sister of the late Elizabeth Fabre, Andrew Silver, Jr., Rita Babin, and Edna Miller. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Age 97 years, a native of New Orleans, and resident of Marrero, LA and recently Thibodaux, LA. Agnes worked at Hometown Supermarket in Marrero. She was a member and president of Marrero Carnival Club for 42 years and rode in the annual Mardi Gras parade with the Krewe of Elks. She participated in many clubs including Homemakers of America, Quilting Club, bowling with Westside Women’s League, and her Pokeno Club that she enjoyed playing with for over 50 years. Agnes was a faithful parishioner and Eucharistic Minister for St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Marrero. She enjoyed travelling in her spare time and trips to the casinos, but most of all she loved spending time with her family that she put above anything else.
