Nona Smith Norris passed away on Monday, May 30, 2016 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of the late Julius Norris. Mother of Thelma "Marie" N. Rapp, Billy D. Norris, Barbara N. Penner (Neil), Debbie Gowan (Hugh), and the late Elizabeth Fay N. Bechtel, Karen N. Williams (Harry), and Jared Norris. Daughter of the late Thelma Meek Smith and King Lemuel Smith, Sr. Sister of King Lemuel Smith, Jr. (Betty) and the late Frankie Thompson (late Arnold). Grandmother of 9 and great-grandmother of 12.
