Muriel Louise Pumphrey

Muriel Louise Pumphrey passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of James L. Pumphrey. Mother of Janis Blair. Mother-in-law of the late Michael D. Blair. Grandmother of Amanda Blair. Daughter of the late Adele Bourgeois Mongrue and Ulysse Mongrue. Sister of the late Myrtle, Grace, Cleo, Milton and Roland. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. A lifelong resident of Luling, LA. Muriel was the owner of “Big House Little House”, a self-employed Interior Designer for over 20 years, and was an artist and seamstress. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Mike and Nikki Sander and Tori for their undying love. Rest in Peace Mom.
