Mattie Acosta Breaux

Mattie Acosta Breaux peacefully passed away to meet her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 11, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Breaux, Sr. Loving mother of Beverly Breaux Danos (Carl), Bruce Breaux, Thomas Breaux, Jr. (Connie), and Rickie Breaux. Sister of the late Jenny Rodrigue, Marie Boudreaux, Rosalie Savoie, Betty Hebert, and Gilmore Joseph Acosta. Stepsister of the late Agnes Solar. Daughter of the late Louis Acosta and Marie Martin LeBlanc. Grandmother of 6 grandchildren, 14 great- grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Age 90 years, a native of Napoleonville, and resident of Westwego, LA for the past 67 years. Special thanks to the staff of Hospice Compassus, as well as family and friends who lovingly helped to take care of our mom.
Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 1:30 PM.
