Mary Anna Dendinger Jeansonne, age 82 was welcomed home by her loved ones on Monday, April 21, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Gerard Avit Jeansonne, Sr. Daughter of the late Urban Dendinger, Sr. and Anna Dicorte Dendinger. Loving and devoted mother of Gerard A. Jeansonne, Jr. (Sharon), Cindy Arbourgh (the late Steven), Linda Stewart (Charles), Thomas J. Jeansonne, and Stephen W. Jeansonne (Laurie). Loving grandmother of Troy, Donald, Tiffany, Tatum, Steven, Charles, Breannon, Mary, Jessica, Tammy, Timothy, Chloe, Nathan, Jonathan, Rickey and Candace. Survived by 23 great grandchildren and 1 expectant great great grandchild. Sister of Urban Dendinger, Jr. (Cathy), Elizabeth Tucker, Emma Fiorella, and Claudia Kurtz (Lenny). Mary is also survived by a host of loving nieces and nephews. She was born in New Orleans, LA and resided in Gretna, LA for the past 15 years. Mary was a longtime parishioner of St. Cletus Catholic Church in Gretna, LA. A visitation will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 9AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
