Marvin Keith Hamilton

Marvin Keith Hamilton peacefully entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 20, 2014 at the age of 67. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a lifelong resident of Algiers. Beloved son of Florence Gegenheimer Hamilton and the late Floyd Hamilton. Brother of Linda Lily (Walter “Buddy” Lily). Nephew of Marie Rogers of Arkansas and also uncle to a host of nieces and nephews. He served his country as a paratrooper in the US Army at Fort Benning, Georgia from 1966 to 1968 and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal. He was a wonderful caring son, who will be deeply missed by his friends and loving family. Marvin loved life and had a heart of gold and will be forever remembered by all who knew him.
