Marilyn Wirth Rau

Marilyn Wirth Rau passed away peacefully on August 10, 2017 at the age of 80 years. Beloved wife of the late Charles Callais Rau. Mother of Catherine Dannelly, Helen Rau, Charles Rau, Ann Murphy and Matthew Rau. Grandmother of Michael Dannelly, Kenneth Hill, Stephanie Anthony, Michelle Mares, Julie Rau and Jessica Rau. Great-grandmother of Brianna Anthony, Kaitlyn Anthony, Charles Anthony, Parker Dannelly, Brandon Mares and Bernard Mares III. Sister of the late Ronald and Claude Wirth. Daughter of the late Helen Solbach Wirth and Claude Cleon Wirth. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Saturday, August 12, 2017 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. A Funeral Mass will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.
