Marie "Dee" Darlyce Norton Wheatley

Marie "Dee" Darlyce Norton Wheatley went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, May 13, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer. She spent her last days surrounded by family and friends at her home. Beloved wife of William W. Wheatley. Mother of Christian Wheatley Borel (Stephen), Rebecca Wheatley, and John Wheatley. MeMe of Bethany Borel, Kaitlyn Borel, Mercede Tran, John Wheatley, Jr., and Ainsley Wheatley. Daughter of the late Robert G. Norton and Elise Frahn Norton. Sister of Deborah Norton and Judith Norton. Special thanks to the Staff of St. Margaret's Hospice, especially Jenny LeBlanc. Age 67 years, a native of Boston, MA and resident of Terrytown, LA. Longtime member of The Crossroads Church and was also very involved with many other local churches throughout her life.
Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Westpoint Church, 664 Behrman Hwy, Terrytown, LA on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 1 PM.
