Luther C. "Lc" Morantine

Luther C. “LC” Morantine, a retired Mechanical Engineer entered into eternal rest on January 9, 2014 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Bertie C. Morantine. Son of the late Luther M. Morantine and Phalba B. Morantine. Father of Stephen Morantine (Gina), Karen G. Morantine, David C. Morantine (Cindy), Harold L. Morantine, Linda F. Morantine and the late Michael Morantine. Grandfather of Kady, Kelly, Sara, Megan and Michelle. Brother of the late Lovenia Rachal. Luther served in the Korean War while enlisted in the United States Army. He was born in Natchitoches Parish and was a resident of Boutte, LA for many years. A Graveside service will be held at Louisiana National Cemetery, 303 W. Mt. Pleasant Road, Zachary, LA on Monday, January 13, 2014 at 2:30PM. MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA in charge of arrangements.
