Lucille Baudoin Charlet passed away after a courageous three year battle with cancer on March 16, 2018. Beloved wife of Wayne Charlet for 49 years. Mother of Michelle Cooper (Mark) and Troy Charlet. Grandmother of Derek Genusa. Step-grandmother of Brandon Cooper. Daughter of the late Eulis Baudoin, Sr. and Cecile Lapine Baudoin. Daughter in law of the late Harold Charlet and Emelda Gruntz Charlet. Sister of Alice Sarver-Sharp, Esther Cancienne (Jerry), and the late Eulis Baudoin, Jr. (Vera). Sister in law of Jeffrey Charlet (Diane), Kerry Charlet (Sally), Julie Penick (Danny), the late Harold Charlet Jr (Mary), Christy Veltman (Mark), and Lori Charlet Also survived by nieces and nephews. Age 70 years and lifelong resident of Marrero, LA.
Lucille retired from Westbank ARC after 25 years of dedicated and caring service. She loved her family deeply, helping anyone in need, and serving special needs children. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 11 AM. Interment St. Mary's Nativity Cemetery, Raceland, LA. Visitation will be held Saturday morning from 9 AM until 11 AM.
