Leona Gros Dufrene

Leona Gros Dufrene passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Chester Dufrene. Mother of Paul Dufrene and Susan Simon. Daughter of the late Edna and Paul Gros. Sister of James Gros (Cynthia). Also survived by 4 grandchildren. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a lifelong resident of Westwego, LA.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 10 AM to 1 PM. Funeral Services will follow at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Westwego for 1:30 PM. Interment Gates of Heaven Mausoleum.
