Joseph L. Greco, Sr. passed away at home on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Carrie Kiffe Greco. Father of Lonnie J. Greco, Sr. (Jodie), Lisa M. Nixon (Richard), Joseph L. Greco, Jr., Shelby Arabie and Keith Wattigney. Son of the late Angelic Billiot Greco and John Greco. Brother of the late Germaine Greco and Johnny Greco. Grandfather of Angelic, Destry, Chelsi (Bondo), Lonnie Jr., Kalan, Joshua, Casey (Justin), Cami Jo and Catherine. Great- grandfather of Devin, Aiden, Lucius, Lilly, Ryder, Isabella, Abigail, Demi, Khloe and the late Liam.
Joseph retired as Superintendent (aka The General) of Plaquemine Parish Government and was a member of Belle Chasse Independent Church. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend Funeral Services at Mothe Funeral Homes, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 11:00. Parlors will be open from 9:00 am until funeral time. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of Egan Hospice for their care and compassion during this difficult time.
