Jody Ember Thiaville

Jody Ember Thiaville, a Vietnam veteran, of Avondale, LA, passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2014, at the age of 65. Former husband of his beloved Olla Thiaville. Father of Chad Thiaville, Sr. (wife, Dana) and the late, Jeanne Thiaville; Loving and proud grandfather of Samantha Thiaville, Chad Thiaville, Jr. (Kayla), Lauren Aucoin, Tasia Thiaville, and Darryan Thiaville; Great- grandfather of Bently Burns; Son of the late Harold and Grayce Thiaville; Brother of Rickey Thiaville (Angel) and Mike Thiaville (Carroll); Godfather of Shannon Cabral Daigle; Best friend of Jerry Cabral. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Jody served his country in the U.S. Army. He later worked as a dispatcher for over 20 years for Avondale Container Yard.
