Gerald P. Goff

Gerald P. Goff, age 81 entered into eternal rest on Sunday, September 7, 2014. Beloved husband of 51 years to JoRene Myers Goff. Son of the late Thomas Joseph Goff and Thelma Florence Wille Goff. Father of Peter L. Goff and the late Amy E. Goff. Grandfather of Hannah Goff Stroud, Heather Elizabeth Allen, David Patrick Israel and Ansel Stroud. Great Grandfather of Audrey Simpson. Brother of the late Thomas Joseph Goff, Jr. Gerald is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He is a lifelong resident of Algiers, LA. Gerald served his country in the United States Army. He is a graduate of LSU in Civil Engineering and was employed by Boh Brothers Construction Company until his retirement. He loved spending time with his family; he especially loved fishing and football. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church or a Charity of your choice. A visitation will be held at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, Eton Street, Algiers, LA on Monday, September 15, 2014 from 10AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church on Monday at 11AM. Interment will be private. MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 1300 Vallette Street, Algiers, LA in charge of arrangements.
