George Medina, Jr. owner of Los Toros Mexican Restaurant for 24 years peacefully entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of 54 years to Lupe Garcia Medina. Son of the late George Medina, Sr. and Locadia Rodriguez Medina. Father of Jeffery Medina (Paula), Veronica Gravois (Danny Ledet), Monica Authement (Kevin) and Valerie Chiasson (Jason). Grandfather of Brandon, Jordan, Brianna, Magen, Carly, Sarah, Marisa, Logan and Mia. Great Grandfather of Carmen. Brother of Joe Medina (Virginia) and the late Vera Nunez. George is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He is the special friend of Domi McLean. George was born in Inez, Texas and was a resident of Westwego, LA for the past 45 years. In lieu of flowers, Masses are preferred in memory of George.
