Floyd G. Casey, Sr.

Floyd G. Casey, Sr., entered into Eternal Life on August 16, 2014 surrounded by his loving family after a short battle with lung cancer. He was 88 years and was a lifelong resident of Gretna.
Beloved husband of 63 years to Ethel Ledet Casey. Father of Floyd G. Casey, Jr. Grandfather of Zachary A. Casey and Wende R. Casey. Great-grandfather of Griffen Gaudet. Brother of Beryl Fruhling and the late Lloyd Casey. Son of Iona Casey and Andrew Casey. He is survived by many loving family members and friends.
He retired as a crane operator from Avondale Shipyards after 25 years of service.
