Elba Meyer Bergeron passed away on February 23, 2015 at the age of 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Sydney C. Bergeron Jr. Mother of Wayne Bergeron, Wade Bergeron, Gene Bergeron and Gary Bergeron (Tina). Grandmother of Lisa, Jason, Lindsay, Dawn, Sean, Alicia, Gary Jr., Ashley and Jessica. Great-grandmother of Camden, Julian, Kolton, Jessica, Elizabeth, Amelia and Silas. Great-great-grandmother of Christopher and Landen. Daughter of Clement and Hazel Demesia Meyer.
She was a longtime member of the Algiers Irish Club and the Krewe of Choctaw.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church in Algiers Point, LA on Thursday, February 26, 2015 from 9 AM to 11 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.
