Davis T. Melancon

Davis T. Melancon was a man like no other. On March 30, 2018 at 70 years old was called away too soon. He was a beloved father, spouse and grandfather; a great story teller, die hard Harley fan, and devoted family man. His greatest love was family. He loved fishing with his bae, napping in the rain with his best friend Cooper and holding his beloved Adaline. He is survived by the love of his life Cindy, two children Mindi and Jacob, son in law Ben, granddaughter Adaline, stepdaughters Brandi, Melissa and April and 8 grandchildren. He is preceded by his parents Pearl and Julian, and siblings Charles and Betty.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Monday, April 2, 2018 from 9 AM to 11 AM. Services will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.
