Dale Lynn Hinyup

Dale Lynn Hinyup peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the age of 62. Beloved husband of Joyce Hocke Hinyup for 27 years. Son of the late Thomas Edward Hinyup, Sr. and Myrl Wattigney Enloe. Stepson of the late Richard Enloe. Beloved father of Nicole Fricke (Carl), Jessica Dufrene (Randy) and Eugene Landry, Jr. (Maria). Grandfather of Gianna Landry, Parker Landry, Ava Landry, Mallory Dufrene, Claire Dufrene and Jade Tudela. Brother of Diane Creduer (Larry), Tom Hinyup, Jr. (Gwen), Mike Hinyup (Bonnie) and Maria Hinyup. Son-in-law of Linda Hocke and the late Allen Hocke, Jr. He also is survived by numerous beloved nieces and nephews. Dale was born in New Orleans, grew up in Algiers and was a resident of Gretna for 28 years. He was a avid outdoorsman and a die hard Tulane Green Wave fan. He was a member of the Gerard H. Barrios, Jr. Lodge 469 F&AM, New Orleans Scottish Rite and Jerusalem Temple Shriners. A Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 1:30PM. Interment will be privately held at a later date.
