Carmen Cathy Murden

Carmen Cathy Murden, longtime resident of Gretna, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at the age of 68. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband , Ray David Murden and her parents, Lillian and Anthony Fabra and her siblings, Wayne Fabra and Phyllis “Fuffie” Ruiz. She is the loving mother of Gwen Murden Mills. She is the devoted grandmother of Blair Joseph Mills. She is the loving sister of Anthony “Tonue” Fabra (Mary) and Connie Kelly. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews other family and friends. Carmen will be forever remembered and deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Monday, December 4, 2017 beginning at 11:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 1:30 PM in the Chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA. Private family interment at later date.
