Calvin Joseph Barrilleaux

Calvin Joseph Barrilleaux Sr., passed away as his meter ran out at 11:56 AM on Thursday, November 23, 2017 at the age of 82. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Jo Wolf; sons, Calvin Barrilleaux Jr and John Barrilleaux; parents, Willie and Lucille Barrilleaux; sisters, Vera Schexnayder and Loyce Morvant. He is survived by children, Donald Barrilleaux (Yvonne) and Donnell Serpas (Stephen); several grandchildren and great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews other family and friends. Calvin served in the US Marine Corps and as a singing bartender for many years in the French Quarter. He owned the Arches Restaurant and was a cab driver for Westbank Cab and an eternal Saints fan. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 1:30PM. Mothe Funeral home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey in charge of arrangements.
