Betty K. Fasullo

Betty K. Fasullo passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 27, 2015 at the age of 67. She was loved dearly by many family and friends. Beloved wife of Philip A. Fasullo, Jr. for 47 years. Mother of Tina Fasullo Chiasson (Darren M. Chiasson) and Philip A. Fasullo, III (Roylyne Callegan Fasullo). Sister of the late Billy Rood (Mary Rood) and Charles Rood. Sister-in-law of Anthony J. Fasullo, Sr. (Janet Galliano Fasullo) and Carol Truxillo Fasullo. She will be truly missed and loved by her four grandsons, Nicholas A. Chiasson, Peiton A. Fasullo, Benjamin M. Chiasson and Matthew L. Fasullo and a host of nephews. She was preceded in death by Josephine A. Fasullo, Philip A. Fasullo, Sr., Paul J. Fasullo, Jr. and Paul P. Fasullo. Betty was a native of Huntington, West Virginia and a long time resident of Marrero, LA. She worked with her husband and family at their family owned business, Fasullo’s Piggly Wiggly. Special thanks and recognition to Omni Home Health, Heart of Hospice, Chris Aaron and Pam Breaux for their dedication, time, and care. Relatives, friends, employees and customers are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Sunday, March 29, 2015 from 6PM until 10PM. Visitation will resume at Visitation of Our Lady Catholic Church, Barataria and Ames Blvd., Marrero, LA on Monday, March 30, 2015 from 9AM until 12 Noon. A Funeral Mass will be held at Visitation of Our Lady Catholic Church on Monday at 12 Noon. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
